School is out, and I had no idea what to do for some family fun. Sarlite family fun says it all. There is skating, laser tag, and a playground to keep the kids busy. There was a great special unlimited everything for only $15. Kids are happy, I'm happy, and the wallet is even happier.
The atmosphere is great for children, but not for the parents who pay for it. Service sucks, the prices are laughable and my food was cold after waiting almost an hour for it - all on a Saturday. I’d expect that kind of lackluster service on a less busy day, but no. I don’t plan to return to that location.
Maybe you should have a more organized camp. Maybe you should hire more employees to properly supervise these children. Maybe you shouldn't threaten that if a child misbehaves they will sit on their hands in your office. You're employee was rude to my child. It was unacceptable behavior. He's a child. You obviously do not have the ability to deal with children and I will ensure every single place I can leave a review I do. The LEAST you could have done was offer a partial refund. I will ensure everyone knows how you operate!

They shut down the games when you are in the middle of a game with no warning ...we put money on the cards and didnt know we had to use it by 5. They should have warned us about this bc we still had money on our cards and it got wasted wont be back
I would not recommend this camp. My boys have been complaining since day one they were scared of "the boss". Today we were called to pick them up early because they were both crying. One of my boys was told "are you going to whine or play" by an "employee". I'm just outraged we paid so much money for our children to be treated so poorly.
Had a great time here, Grandkids had a really fun time lots to do and all we heard was joy and laughter.
