Great quality auto wash and fantastic service. I have never had anything but friendly interactions with the staff and they have always bent over backwards to help me when I have needed it. The car wash makes my car feel new and the interior service makes my car feel clean! I love this place!

I've used the car wash and self serve vacuums a handful of times, which are good. However, don't waste your time and $20 on interior cleaning and vacuum by a tidal wave member. I waited over an hour for someone to start cleaning my car on a Thursday morning! They did not do a good job either. I still had dirt and dust on my center console.
Love the convenience. Employees very helpful. Love the rags, cleaner and vacuums. However, sometimes I've found a few with less suction than others. Overall though love being able to keep my car CLEAN
Great automatic car wash, with interior cleaning available, or do it yourself. They offer monthly plans to save you money and keep your car sparkling clean. Recommended.
Paid for interior and exterior wash. The inside was still dirty when they were finished. I should have to points things out. I usually use Shine and Drive and decided to give Tidal a chance and even told them that when they wanted to sign me up for monthly service.
